As a farming co-operative it is important that we keep our feet firmly on the ground as well as driving the company forward! All parts of the agricultural sector have had to look at how they will operate now and in the future to cope with a changing production and supply environment and we accept that at CWG we have not always responded to the changing marketplace as well as we could have. Changes started with a new, smaller Board membership back in 2005 who coming from a cross section of the industry are now totally committed to meeting customer expectations whilst improving the company bottom line.
